My Lazaro wedding dress was purchased at a
high-end bridal boutique in New Orleans in 2003. I
paid $4,600.00. Immediately following the wedding,
I had the dress professionally cleaned and
preserved in an "heirloom" box. I'd assumed that I
would be keeping it forever, but due to our
current financial situation I simply cannot
justify hanging on to it any longer. From the
research I've done online, it's seems clear that
anyone attempting to resell their wedding gown
must first cut the price in half, and that's only
if the dress is in perfect condition. I took it
out of the box tonight, and I'll be having it
re-cleaned (fluffed) in the morning. There are
plenty more pics if interested . The veil ($300.00
Fenaroli Boston) and shoes (can't remember shoe
details, but can find out) that are shown in the
photos are available as well. In fact, if the
buyer likes either, then they can have them free
of charge with purchase of dress. It says on the
label of the dress that it's a size 8. However,
I'm a size 2-4 and I did have it taken in a bit. I
am 5'3 and 120lbs. I know it's a long shot, but I
can't help but think that this would be a great
opportunity for someone out there to have a really
amazingly made and fabulous looking dress for less
than half of the original cost. My email is

up to seven days after delivery of dress. I would
have liked to provide the potential buyer with a
shipping calculator, but the dress is being
professionally restored to it's original
condition. So it's not right here for me to weigh
and I wouldn't even begin to guess how much it
weighs. I'll just take on the costs associated
with shipping. If the dress sells for the price
I'd like, then I'll be fine with shipping it with
veil and shoes, if requested. Shoes are a 6 and a
1/2. And just one last thing...not that luck means
anything, but I'd like to throw it out there,
since it's so rare these days, that I married my
soul mate in this dress, and although it is sad to
see it go, I understand now that it isn't the
dress I cherish, it's what I promised in the
dress. So if you believe in luck, this is your
dress. If not, well, just get the dress b/c we
