Worn on my wedding day for 6 hours and good as
new. Cleaned professionally. I love this dress and
I absolutely hate to part with it, but re-selling
it was the only way I could rationalize paying
over $3000. Worth every penny! It truly was my
dream dress. Adele Wechsler makes such beautiful,
flowy dresses. I am very petite and I didn’t want
a big, heavy dress that didn’t suit my body and
overwhelmed my frame. I also wanted a dress with
straps, as I have a small chest and can’t wear
strapless dresses. (You can easily have a
seamstress remove them.) The dress is in great
condition. The bustle may need a minor repair, but
I’ll leave that up to your seamstress to adjust as
she sees fit. I hope this dress brings someone as
much joy and confidence that it gave me. Every
bride should feel beautiful on her wedding day!
Fit to my measurements and height: I’m 5’1” and
wore 2 3/4” heel. Bust: 32”; I’m a small B cup,
but my seamstress added padded cups. (Also easily
removed.) Waist: 25” Hip: 35” Veil: custom silk
