Notes / Additional Information:
This dress is a La Sposa by Pronovias. The style
when I bought it was called Monte Carlo but I have
seen the exact same dress also called Mulata. It
is made of silk dupion and is a soft white/ivory.

A few alterations: I had the long train
removed to make it easier to walk in and to not
have an outdated looking bustle. I also had the
seamstress make the strapless bust take on more of
a sweetheart look with a few stitches (from the
looks of it I think it could go back to being
straight across). Lastly I had a bow in the back
removed because I did not care for the way it
looked.

I wore this dress in the summer of
08, it was a hot day and the dress was
comfortable, easy to move in and felt light. I am
5 feet 4 inches (wore heels with the dress) and
weigh about 135 lbs. I wear a size 6 in jeans.

The dress has been professionally cleaned and
I have the original receipt.

I love my dress
very much and hope that I can find it a happy home
where it can be seen again instead of being cooped
up in my closet!
