Notes / Additional Information:
I wore it once for my wedding in February 2009. I
made some very minor alterations to make the dress
more fitting along the sides for more trumpet
/mermaid style. It has beautiful beading around
the chest and around the front and back hip areas
to create a very flattering silhouette. The dress
zips up in the back with a hidden zipper enclosed
by tiny little buttons creating a much more
sophisticated look than the corset dress. The gown
is made of 100% Dupioni Italian silk and features
detachable straps that I have not used. It has
been professionally dry cleaned ($175 value) and
is in immaculate condition. This dress is a bridal
size 8(normal size 6). It includes inside corset
that gave a great figure. The alterations include
1) snaps on the inside of the train, not actually
visible so it gathers easily into French style
bustle. This can also very easily be removed. 2)
hem adjustment (will fit 5’ – 5’5” brides) 3) Take
in on side of dress about 2 cm to make it more
